Our medics are qualified in and obtain the following:

Registered Nurse's / physiotherapists / Advanced First Responders

Formal studies in Bachelor of Physiotherapy / Bachelor of Applied Science / Bachelor of paramedicine as well as other related, Nationally Recognised Qualifications.

Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) (HLTAID009)

Provide basic emergency life support (HLTAID010)

Provide first aid (HLTAID011) - Levels, 1, 2 and 3

Provide first aid in an education and care setting (HLTAID012)

Occupational first aid skill set (HLTSS00068)

WWCC (Working with Children Check / Working with vulnerable people check)

Rugby AU passport - Certificate in Concussion and Serious Injury Management / First Aid in Rugby

Level 1 Sports trainers certificate's

Administer adrenaline autoinjector (Epipen - Adrenaline epinephrine)
All Tiger Cub medics are trained in and obtain:

Extensive experience with Rugby AU Protocols - Follow the Rugby AU Concussion management flow chart, which includes the concussion referral and return form

Extensive experience with FFA (Football federation Australia) Concussion guidelines

Extensive experience with NRL Return to Play Policy - Guidelines for the Management of Concussion in Rugby League / Neck Injury Cervical Collar Policy / Head Injury recognition and referral form / Cardiac (ECG) Screening information
Tiger Cub will supply:

Qualified Nurse, Physiotherapist and / or First respondent medics

Full first aid kit specific to sport (1 kit per medic)

Medical supplies to attend to first aid, includes, Epipen - Adrenaline (epinephrine), and Ventolin Asthma Inhaler.
